We are excited to announce a new post-season track event to be hosted for the top high school track athletes in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) and beyond on Saturday, June 11th with the first ever DMV Meet of the Elite! DC, Maryland, and Virginia will all be done with their championship meets by then, so it will be the perfect time to have an elite gathering of the fastest high school track athletes in the area.
The meet will be hosted at Patriot High School in Nokesville, Virginia with action kicking off at 4 PM on that Saturday evening. The format will stay simple with individual running events though throwing in a few rinkles with a 5K and 1500 on the track as well as All-Star DMR's and 800 SMR's to close things out!
We will have music, food, t-shirts, swag, giveaways, and most importantly ELITE competition! Signup today for the meet online and can see the entry standards below!
Expect to see state champions, All-Americans, and maybe even some national champions stepping on the track with the very best at the 2016 DMV Meet of the Elite! Expect this event to grow year after year into one of the top high school post-season events on the East Coast!
