1600m Run
Dalton Hengst of McDonogh School spent much of his outdoor season running highly competitive out of state mile races, which paid off for him running a remarkable 4:10 mile as a sophomore at the New York Relays and earning an invitation to run at the adidas Dream Mile in June.
