Sunday, July 24th

Off day.

Monday, July 25th

Eight easy miles.

Tuesday, July 26th

15 mile long run on the treadmill. Weight lifting later in the day.

Wednesday, July 27th

One mile on the track, then 4x1600 on the track with a focus on staying aerobic. My friend from the Smithsburg girls soccer team, Cheyenne Hunsberger, was at the track with me while I was doing this workout and she joked about wanting a shoutout on this blog. Here ya go, Chai-Tei!

Thursday, July 28th

Seven miles, relaxed.

Friday, July 29th

Nine miles at the C&O Canal with a group of runners from the area. Two of the miles were at tempo pace.

Saturday July 30th

Eight miles in the morning, followed by a trip to Sky Zone with my friend Jonah Smith, an incoming freshman at Mount St. Mary's University.
