Entry #4: August 7th - 13th

Sunday, August 7th:
3 miles easy in the morning and 4 miles easy in the evening.

Monday, August 8th:
6.14 miles at 7:30 pace.  Before this run I visited the University of Virginia and enjoyed the visit very much. Got home just in time to run before sun set.

Tuesday, August 9th:
40 minute fartlek, 3 minute cruise 1 minute hard. (5.5 miles)

Wednesday, August 10th:
3 miles easy in the morning and evening

Thursday, August 11th:
2 miles at 6:45, 1 mile at 5:20, 2 miles at 7:40

Friday, August 12th:
7 miles at 7:40 pace

Saturday, August 13th:
5.2 miles at 7:40 pace. Did this on the treadmill because of the excessive heat this day

Weekly total: 42 miles
