MileSplit was on-site for this year's All-RunWashington Preseason XC Team pep rally held at George University's Healey Family Student Center on Sunday, August 21st. The top returning high school cross country runners in the DMV area were recognized by the Run Washington magazine, Pacers Running, and New Balance with 10 runners selected (boys & girls each) for the Run Washington DC metro squad as well as 7 team members for each All-DC, All-Maryland, and All-Virginia squads.
