One of the early frontrunners for "Freshman of the Year", Parson hasn't just been one of the best freshman hurdlers this winter, he's been one of the best hurdlers - period. His early resume includes a win at the Howard County Winter Festival and a runner-up, personal best effort of 7.69 at the PR Winter Festival. He's the current Howard County leader in both the hurdles and the 300 meter dash.
