Tyrone Bryan (Junior, Parkdale)
One half of Parkdale's two-headed monster in the hurdles, Tyrone Bryan captured his first victory of the season at the Ed Bowie Classic in a then-PR 7.50. From then on he went undefeated in 55 meter hurdle finals, sweeping the county, regional and state meets. His 7.47 at the 4A East Regional made him the only boy not named William Henderson to crack 7.50 seconds in the event this winter.
