Born 2 Do It Sprinters Share Training Thoughts On Each Other


FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- MileSplit caught up with Khalifa St. Fort, Sarah Wollaston and Briana Williams on Wednesday at the Ansin Sports Complex.

The high-profile sprinters, who run for Born 2 Do It Track Club, all share their thoughts on training with each other. The group is coached by Trinidad & Tobago OIympic medalist & international track and field analyst Ato Boldon. 

St. Fort, 19, won a IAAF World Youth Championships silver medal in the 100m in 2015 with Trinidad & Tobago and followed with a gold medal performance at the Pan American Junior Athletics Championship the same year. She ran a preliminary heat with the Trinidad & Tobago women's national team in the 4x100m at the World Championships in Beijing to end her 2015 and received a bronze medal for her work with the team. 

Wollaston, 19, a senior at Somerset Academy, is currently in her final season with her high school team and is also training to compete at the CARIFTA Games for Trinidad & Tobago. 

Williams, 15, is a freshman at Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna (Fl.) High and also will compete in the CARIFTA Games for Jamaica.
