Reservoir's Kai Muniz has steadily risen up the ranks in Howard County and enters his senior season as one of its top returnees. As a junior he finished 13th at the 3A state cross country championships and set a personal best of 16:27 at the Nike Cross Southeast Regionals in Cary, North Carolina. Follow along with his summer training as he prepares to make his senior season his most successful one yet.
