Week Four: July 3 - 9
Monday, July 3: Hard leg workout at the gym.
Tuesday, July 4: Was working all day, didn't have time.
Wednesday, July 5: Easy six miles, seven minute pace.
Thursday, July 6: Hard leg day at the gym, was too sore to run.
Friday, July 7: Spent the day in Ocean City, ran like two miles on the beach but was still sore from yesterday.
Saturday, July 8: Worked all day, didn't have time to do much so I just did a hard core workout.
Sunday, July 9: Hard arm workout in the gym and five easy miles.
Total mileage: 13 miles
