MileSplit's live stream will be focused on the track on Saturday, but if you are able to make it to the Sportsplex on Saturday the shot put will definitely be worth checking out. James Monroe's Alexis Clark is one of the top throwers in the Washington metro area, coming off a season-best throw of 45 feet, 7 inches at the Bulldog Invitational. She owns an indoor personal best of 46'5.50 that is just a few inches shy of the meet record of 46'9 set back in 2012.
