None of the boys entered in the invitational 3200 have touched the current meet record of 9:09.98, but Poolesville's Ryan Lockett could be ready to change that. His 8:24.43, second-place effort in the 3,000 at last year's Penn Relays was a special effort -- and one that translates roughly to a 9:02 in the 3200. Lockett also has a 4:13 mile under his belt this winter, so there's no question of whether or not he's capable of a big performance.
