The video is only eight seconds long, but it's worth another look - or two, or three. It's simply too close to call with the naked eye, as three girls finished within .03 seconds of each other (and another one just .03 seconds behind, as well). It wasn't necessarily a fluke, either, because all five of the top girls had run between 7.57 and 7.64 in the prelims.
