Davon Carroll (Northeast)
Defending 3A state champ in the 200, Northeast senior Davon Carroll has been one of the state's consistent top performers in the sprints this past indoor and outdoor season. Carroll owns the second fastest time in the state of Maryland in the 100 meter dash with a 10.51 season best clocking, while ranks #1 in the 200 meter dash at 21.30 from his victory at the Bullis Bulldog Invitational.
Carroll won state titles indoors as well in the 55 and 300. He will be featured on Northeast's 4x200 meter relay (1:29.45 SB) at the state meet, which they have the fastest time of the spring in the 3A classification.
Carroll will look to the fastest winning times of the weekend at the state meet while raising his career individual state title total to five.
