#13. Alison Betler (Centennial, 2019)
One of the more steady and consistent performers over the past few years from Howard County, Centennial's Alison Betler enters her senior year with plenty of experience to rely on. Betler finished her 2017 cross country season with a 5K PR of 19:24 at NXN Southeast. During the outdoor season, she clocked a lifetime best of 11:24 in the 3200 in a runner-up finish at the Howard County Championships.
