Meet Information
Hosted by: North Carolina Central University. Location: 1801 Fayetteville St. Track facility. This meet is a High School and Collegiate meet in dedication to our very own legends, Leroy T. Walker and Lee Calhoun.
START TIME: 9:00 am (Meet will run on a rolling schedule with exception of the field events). SURFACE TYPE: Eight (8) lane polyurethane synthetic martin surface. TIMING: The meet will be timed by Finishlynx. AWARDS: T-Shirts will be presented to event champions.
Registration: www.CoachO.com. Registration begins March 5th. ENTRY FEE: College: $250.00 per team or $500.00 for a men's and women's team. High School: $100.00 per team. $175.00 for boy's and girls' team. High School: (per individual): $10.00. High School: (Relay Team only): $15.00. Unattached runners: $25.00 per individual. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: LEE CALHOUN TRACK AND FIELD TRUST FUND. Entry Fee may be submitted at meet. Scratches are due by noon on March 21, 2012 via email to mlawson@nccu.edu.
CHECK-IN: Athletes must check in one (1) hour prior to their event. Running events will be finalized at check-in. WARM-UP: The O'Kelly-Riddick Football Stadium is the staging area and warm-up area for all athletes. Restroom facilities are located in the stadium. COACHES: Coaches and spectator seating will be available on the exterior of the track.
