Admission: $5 per person

Entry Fee: $275.00 combined girls and boys
$125 Single gender (7 or more athletes)
$10 per individual, $25 per relay

Timing: FAT timing will be used. Please only submit FAT times. By Triad Timing.

Awards: Trophy: Team trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Medals: Top six (6) finishers in individual events
Medals: Top three (3) teams in relay events
MVP: Female and Male Field and Track

Individual: 2 per school per event. 3 per event if all three entrants meet the standards below. All entries must be verified on milestat.com and coaches should email < lilly@wps.k12.va.us > and < grimt@fcpsk12.net > all three entries to confirm.

Relay: 1 per school.

Implements: Meet officials must verify event implements.
Implement Verification: 7:45-8:15am near Handley Bowl Team Room.
Pole vaulters will weigh in at this time as well.

Meet rules: All NFHS and VHSL rules are in effect.

Sanctioning: This meet will be sanctioned for Virginia schools and Virginia border states. Virginia Category III Private schools will not be allowed to participate.

Participation: As per Virginia state limitations

Parking: Spectator parking areas are available on Handley Boulevard.
No bus parking in the student parking lot on Handley Boulevard.
Athlete drop-off = Jefferson Street.
Bus Parking = lower end of Handley Blvd.

T-shirts: T-shirts, etc. will be on sale: Cost - $10

Concessions: Concessions will be available.

Coaches Meeting: Scratches only. No additional entries will be accepted.
A field event competitor may scratch without penalty.

Miscellaneous: Check In Running and Field Events: Participants must report to the event area by second call. Absence for the third call will result in a scratch for the event

Sportsmanship: Properly Equipped and Sportsmanship Certification Form: The form must be completed and return to Rick Lilly.
Uniform Rule: Meet management will follow the uniform rule as stated in the NFHS Track & Field Rule Book. It is the responsibility of the athletes and coaches to follow the uniform rule.

Jumps: Jumps Athletes in the Long Jump and Triple Jump will get four total jumps. There will be an open pit for at least 90 minutes to get in all four jumps.

Throws: Athletes in the Shot Put and Discus will get three throws in the preliminary round. We will start with the bottom flight and move to the top. The top nine (9) throws will be taken to the finals. An announcement will be made and all athletes qualified for the finals are to report to the event when they are called.
Note: In case of inclement weather, changes may be made by the games committee. Any changes will be announced at the coaches meeting.

Entry Information: All track times should be entered as FAT. If time is hand-timed ADD .24 (11.6 hand-timed = 11.84 FAT)
All field event performances should be entered in feet(') and inches(")

Medical: A certified athletic trainer will be on site.
