Entries: All entries must be completed using the Milestat.com entry system ONLY. No phone or email entries will be accepted. 30 individual entries per team per gender. We will have POLE VAULT. One (1) relay per team. All entries are contingent upon receipt of entry fee. Make sure that all athletes that may be used in the meet are in your team roster on Milestat.com. Entries are closed at 10:59pm on Monday April 24, 2017 and must be completed using the Milestat Entry System. Late entries will not be accepted! Meet is open for Virginia, DC and Maryland public schools.

Entry Fee:
$180 per team or $250.00 if entering both boys and girls teams. Entry Fees are non refundable. If the meet is cancelled we will not be able to provide refunds.

Name Changes: Will not be made until the conclusion of the meet. You will be provided with a substitute name form.

Track: Eight-lane, all weather Track surface.Awards: Medals will be awarded to top 6 places in each individual event and top 3 for relay events. A team trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls team.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided to coaches.Admission: $5 per person. (over 6 and under 65)

Concessions and T-shirts: Will be available

High Jump: Boys - 5'8" being raised 2' to 6'4" and 1" thereafter;Girls - 4'8" being raised 2" to 5'4" and 1" thereafterPole Vault: Boys 906" being raised 3' thereafter;Girls 7 0 being raised 3" thereafterScoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (FOR ALL EVENTS)

Minimum Standards: Long and Triple Jump / Shot and Discus
1st official jump/throw will be recorded after that athletes must meet the minimum standard.
