FREDDIE HENDRICKS RELAY INVITATIONAL - THE ONLY 3A ARMORY PREVIEW MEET!
**THIS MEET IS OPEN TO ALL MPSSAA SCHOOLS ONLY**
When: December 19, 2018 @4pm (Facility opens at 3pm)
Entries due on MileSplit by December 16, 2017 at midnight
Scratch sheets will be sent out to coaches on Monday,
December 17 and final heat sheets will be sent out on December 18

Who: All MPSSAA Schools
Cost: $75 per gender, $150 for school
Checks can be made payable to District IX and brought to the meet, as well as cash or money order. Please note that returned checks will result in an additional $30 fee.

Entry Limits:
Shuttle hurdles, 4x200, SMR - 2 relays
Shot Put, High Jump - MUST have 3 athletes
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 3 relays in each event
Trophies will be given to winning team in each gender
Scoring:
Top 8 "A" teams will score in each relay
"B" teams will not score
Mixed 4x400 teams will not score
Combined totals of 3 shot putters and 3 high jumpers will score points

Mixed 4x400 (2 male and 2 female athletes from the same school in any order)

Shot Put (Girls then Boys) (Each athlete will get 1 legal throw, then minimum will be implemented)
