All events begin at 9 a.m. Where: Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex, 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD, 20785. Who: 30 invited teams. If interested in participating, please email Mike Kiernan or Scott Raczko. Only invited teams will be allowed to participate. The meet will be limited to Virginia, Maryland and DC Teams. Entries: 1 relay per team in each event, 2 individuals per team in each event. Additional entries may be requested and accepted based on field sizes and performances of athletes. Entries due: Wednesday, December 15 at 9:00 PM. All entries must be completed on the milesplit network, www.milestat.com. Instructions are below. MAKE SURE TO GET YOURSELF REGISTERED AND APPLY TO BE AN ADMINISTRATOR FOR YOUR TEAM ON YOUR RESPECTIVE MILESPLIT SITE (VA., MD., ETC) ASAP. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM OTHERWISE. Entry Fee: $300 per school for two genders. $150 for single gender teams. Please make checks payable to NVCCTFA. Please send entry check to Mike Kiernan, 3948 Bradwater Street, Fairfax, VA 22031. Scratches: We will attempt to accommodate substitutions on the day of the meet. Please scratch athletes not competing as soon as possible upon arrival to the meet. Field events: Opening heights: BHJ: 5’6”; GHJ: 4’6”; BPV: 9’0”; GPV: 7’0”. Flight order will be low seed to high seed and the top seven athletes with the top performances from the preliminaries in the LJ, TJ, and SP will advance to finals. Track events: Section order will be fastest seeded sections first. Awards: The top three athletes in each event will be given awards. Results: Results and pictures will be posted at milestat.com.
