Description
Course: 5K on the Prep Campus. More than 90% of the course is grass; spikes are recommended.

Race Divisions
Mens Races
10,000 Meters Varsity 4:00 PM

Womens Races
10,000 Meters Varsity 4:45 PM

Relay Events

Relay - Each school participating may run up to six squads (2 person teams.) The two runners each race alternately 3 times carrying a baton over a one-mile loop. The first 3 squads for each school determine the team score.
Novice Race - Open to all first year cross-country runners not competing in the relays. Free to all teams even if youâ€™re not running the relays. Race held after girlsâ€™ race.
Relay Registration

Fees: $100 for single team (boys or girls) $175 for both boys and girls teams. Entry check payable to Woodward Relays.
