The Severna Park boys, defending Maryland state champions and NXN qualifiers from a year ago, may have lost some key returnees from last year's team which had a magical run all the way to Portland Meadows, but the program has shown that it is here to stay in the national discussion after defeating many of the best teams in Pennsylvania including Cardinal O'Hara and North Allegheny this past Saturday on the PA state course at Hershey Park.
