Boys Invitational 3,200: Eric Walz, Rohann Asfaw, Dalton Hengst, and Jack Wavering. These four runners battled throughout the fall to be the state's top cross country runner, but they never all competed in the same race. Saturday, however, we will finally get a chance to watch the class of Maryland distance running go head-to-head in the invitational 3,200. Hengst, Walz, and Asfaw all competed in this race last year, with Hengst finishing the highest out of the three in fifth place.
