Watch Watkins Mill middle distance runner Alyssa Rishell earn herself MileSplit Maryland Kick Of The Week honors not for one come from behind win at last week's Montgomery County Championships, but two races in which she ran down the competition in both the 500 (1:19.61) and 800 (2:24.89) meter races. Her race in the 800 was particular impressive as she was completely out of contention at the bell for the final lap, but was able to chase down virtually the entire field in the final 200 meters for a 2:24 victory.
