Abington Jack Armstrong Invitational (PA)
- Lenape and The Lawrenceville School went out of state this week.
- New Jersey saw Jasmine Staten take 4th in the 400 meter with a time of 57.55 NJ#1, and Megan Quimby 2nd in the 800 meter running 2:16.54 NJ#1. Lawrenceville School's Ariel Claxton also ran a 400m NJ#2 for 7th with a time of 58.58.

- 15 boys under 9:40 in the 3200 meter run! Led by Brian Hill of Christian Brothers Academy at 9:19.59 NJ#1, Ryan Rafferty of Jackson Memorial 2nd at 9:23.58.
- Hamilton West took the trip to Langhorne, PA here are their team results.
- They were led by some great field performances including Yohanny Rodriguez winning the Triple Jump at 34.4.5, 3rd in the long jump at 15-10, T-2nd in the high jump at 5-2. Hannah Donker also won the discus marking 103-6, and took 2nd in both the javelin and shot put with marks of 106-0 and 34-9.75
- Ridge girls, 96 points, and Franklin Twp boys, 98.5 points, win the team titles. Check out their team performances here - Ridge - Franklin.
- We saw two NJ#1s in the jumps.. Hannah Taylor of Montgomery cleared the high jump at 5-06 and Pingry School's Julia Dannenbaum vaulted over the 11-9 bar, now a 3 inch lead on the rest of the state.
