2016 Winner: Pharist O'Neal (Flowers) 11.93 and 24.82
O'Neal has owned the sprinting scene in Maryland since last spring, and anyone else who seeks to capture the 100 and 200 titles in May will have to get through her first. Northwest sophomore Taylor Wright has come the closest to beating her at the state meet over that time period, and O'Neal will also need to watch out for her teammate Collese Daly, especially in the longer 200.
