Week Two: June 19 - 25
Monday, June 19: Easy three miles, sore from the bike ride, then did two 200s which felt weird because I haven't sprinted since track ended.
Tuesday, June 20: Ten mile run around 7:15 pace; felt good, last two miles were around 6:30 pace.
Wednesday, June 21: Two miles on the treadmill, then did a good arm workout in the gym.
Thursday, June 22: Five miles easy.
Friday, June 23: Three miles and a sprint workout on the grass. Leg day in the gym.
Saturday, June 24: Gym workout - arm day.
Sunday, June 25: Hard hill workout: frog jumps, lunges and high knees uphill. 0.75 miles at a good pace. Repeated three times.
Total mileage: 26 miles
