MileSplit MD ranks the top ten individuals and teams heading into the 3A boys state meet. Only four boys named "Greg" can be found in the current top 500 5K rankings in Maryland and three of them will face off at the 3A state meet. Greg Oldham (the 3A South champion) and Greg Costello (the 3A East runner-up) will have good shots at finishing with a ribbon this weekend.
