Maryland's Top 500 Rising Sophomores Girls XC Returnees

River Hill's Faith Meininger enters her sophomore year with already two state titles attached to her name from the 1600 meter victory indoors and 3200 meter win outdoors in the 3200. The Howard County runner-up in cross country one year ago, Meininger should be a pre-season favorite for the 2A state title this fall.
