Desarbo had a strong showing at the Frank Keyser Invitational last October (running a three-mile personal best of 19:31), but she recorded an even stronger 5K performance on the track (19:12) this spring at the DMV Meet of the Elite. Her 11:44 3200 this spring was the second-fastest time in the IAC/ISL/MAC and she could be one of the top runners this year among Montgomery County private schools.
