Vote for the best relay race from regionals week!

3A Central Boys 4x200 (Video): Baltimore County rivals Dundalk and Woodlawn faced off in the 4x200 at the 3A Central regionals on Wednesday. The Owls from Dundalk edged Woodlawn as the teams ran 3A #1 and #2 times (1:31.57 and 1:31.81), and no other 3A team has run under 1:32 this season.

3A Central Girls 4x800 (Video): Distance powerhouses Bel Air and Hereford squared off in what was a matchup of state title hopefuls. The teams ran 3A #2 and #4 times, respectively.

4A West Boys 4x800 (Video): Much like the 800 meter race that followed, the 4A West boys 4x800 went back-and-forth and featured plenty of teams running for the auto qualifier. The Richard Montgomery boys ended up running the fastest time of the year at the Baltimore Armory and eight teams hit the standard.

1A East Girls 4x800: The closest race of regionals week featured a battle between Largo and Washington in the 1A East girls 4x800. The Lions edged Washington by mere milliseconds, sending them on their way to a dominant regional team title.

1A West Girls 4x200: The Brunswick and Clear Spring girls battled in what was one of the closest races of regionals week up at Hagerstown Community College. The Railroaders held off the Blazers by just .02 seconds, helping them sweep the relays at the 1A West regional.

4A Central Boys 4x400 (Video): Yet another matchup between county rivals, the race between Wise and Bowie went down to the final steps at the Armory on Wednesday. Wise emerged victorious with the fastest 4A time of regionals week in the 4x400.
