Rashad Manning led all Maryland boys throughout the decade in the indoor shot put, his 63'11 shot put personal best coming at the 2015 UMES High School Invitational. Manning's performance earned him a spot in the championship section of the shot put at that year's New Balance indoor nationals and he did not disappoint, finishing third overall.
