Now, let's take a look at our entries on the girls' side -- both individual and team.

The entire varsity squad for the Howard girls will be in attendance at the 2021 Garmin RunningLane XC Championships, plus one more (see the entire list below). The team capped their Maryland cross country season with a state championship win. To add, they are the highest-ranked girls' team in the state.

The Howard girls won't stand alone in representing Maryland. Bel Air's Elizabeth Pickett will also be competing at the meet. Her entry time is 18:12, which is the fastest entry time for any Maryland girl competing on Saturday. Pickett will be in the Girls Silver Race, and we're excited to see how she'll do, especially after having the fastest girls' 3-mile time (17:39.10) from the 2021 cross country season.
