Craig Jordan (Howard) ran 11.08 in the 100 meters at the Howard County League Meet 4A on April 20, improving from his previous best of 11.79 set in April 2026. The mark ranks #68 in Maryland and #30 among seniors, and Jordan won the event ahead of 80 other competitors.
Khalen Spriggs (Northern-Calvert) clocked 11.14 in the 100 meters at the Calvert, Thomas Stone at Northern-Cal meet on April 21, dropping from 11.65 set in April 2026. Spriggs placed second in a field of 22 and ranks #84 in the state.
Dylan-Amon Thomas (Paul Laurence Dunbar) won the girls' 100 meters in 12.62 at the Baltimore City Fresh/Soph Showcase on April 21, improving from 13.24 set in April 2026. The sophomore ranks #84 in Maryland and #8 among underclassmen in her class.
Leah Rannacher (Calvert) ran 24.94 to win the girls' 200 meters at Calvert, Thomas Stone at Northern-Cal on April 21, improving from her previous mark of 25.96. The time ranks #30 in Maryland among a field of 2,772 athletes.
Lotus Wise (Stephen Decatur) set a school record with a time of 12.34 in the girls' 100 meters at the Decatur Home Meet 3 on April 22, improving from 12.72 set in March 2026. Wise won the event and ranks #40 in the state, and also ran a personal best 58.82 in the 400 meters.
Kymor Turner (Wicomico) clocked 25.93 to win the girls' 200 meters at the Decatur Home Meet 3 on April 22, improving from 26.42 set in April 2026. The freshman ranks #75 in Maryland and #12 in her class.
Opey Owolabi (Parkville) ran 15.78 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Hereford 12 Team Challenge on April 22, improving from his previous best of 16.94. The senior placed fifth and ranks #58 in the state and #19 in his class.
