Nahla Valentine (Baltimore White Knight Track Club, 2030):
At the White Knight Youth Challenge, Valentine led all girls last week in the long jump at 17-2, and added a 12.51 tie in the 100m and a 26.80 in the 200m, the strongest multi-event showing among all girls across both meets last week.
Liam Broughman (Plum Point Middle School, 2031):
Broughman swept the sprints at the Calvert MS Championships, running 11.64 in the 100m, 23.91 in the 200m, and 54.16 in the 400m, the top marks in all three events among all boys last week.
Claire Williams (Plum Point Middle School, 2030):
The top 800m mark among all girls last week belonged to Williams, whose 2:32.22 won the event at the Calvert MS Championships and ranked among the fastest times posted by any middle school girl in Maryland this season.
Darius Dunlap-Elkins (Severn Highsteppers Track Club, 2030):
At the White Knight Youth Challenge, Dunlap-Elkins won the 400m at 54.07 and added a 2:09.94 in the 800m.
Vanessa Enowtabong (Northern Middle School, 2030):
Enowtabong led all girls at the Calvert MS Championships in the shot put at 26-10.5 and finished third in the discus at 58-8 at the same meet.
Jacobi Phillips (Landon School, 2030):
At the Carlos Parson Invitational, Phillips led all boys last week in the discus at 111-8 and added a 39-6 in the shot put, the top throws combination posted by any boy across all three meets last week.
Ava Jones (Baltimore White Knight Track Club, 2030):
Jones led all girls at the White Knight Youth Challenge in the shot put at 29-9, the second-highest shot put mark among all girls in Maryland last week, and added a 13.27 in the 100m at the same meet.
Blake Campbell (Baltimore White Knight Track Club, 2030):
The top long jump among all boys last week belonged to Campbell, who posted 18-3 at the White Knight Youth Challenge and tied for the top high jump mark at 4-10 at the same meet.
Truly Paskings (Velocity Xpress Track Club, 2030):
At the White Knight Youth Challenge, Paskings won the 1500m at 5:00.57 and added a 1:02.91 in the 400m.
