BREAKING NEWS: Due to the winter storms affecting the Mid-Atlantic Region this weekend, the Southern Maryland Classic has been rescheduled to Monday, January 16th (MLK Day) at the PG County Sportsplex. The meet will start at 9 AM.

2017 SOUTHERN MARYLAND INDOOR TRACK CLASSIC
co-hosts: North Point & Westlake High Schools
Events: 1600m, 300m, 3200m, 4x200m, 4x400m, 4x800m, 500m, 55H, 55m, 800m, HJ, LJ, SP, TJ, 1000m
Entry Limitations: 10 individual entries per gender, 1 relay per team per relay event. Example: Boy athlete A is running the 55 & 300. There are 8 remaining individual entries for the rest of the boy's team.
Event Limits: No individual can run in more than 4 events
Relay Limits: 1 relay entry per team, per relay event.
Meet Fees: $200 per individual team
$350 if entering both teams
**Entries are due by December 30, 2016 by 7:00 pm.**
**Entry Fee is due by January 6, 2017!**

NO POLE VAULT.
The top 30 entries for the 3200 and 1600 meter runs will be accepted for both boys and girls races. **These entries will count toward your overall entry limit.**
Slower sections of the 3200 (Section II) will be run in the morning, The fast section will be run in the afternoon. All sections of the 1600 will be run afternoon. See schedule below.
Starting High Jump Heights:
Boys - 5'4" being raised 2" to 6'4" and 1" thereafter
Girls - 4'4" being raised 2" to 5'4" and 1" thereafter
Long Jump and Triple Jump:
All participants will get 4 Jumps, No finals.
Shot Put:
All participants will have 4 throws, No finals.
