2018 Westminster Invitational
Saturday, October 6th
Coaches, once again the Westminster Invitational will be held at the old Wakefield Valley Golf Course. The date of the event will be October 6th, at 1:00 pm. We will consider a 2:00 pm start if necessary as this is an SAT day and we want to give as many athletes as possible a chance to participate. Teams: Capped at 15; Each varsity team can enter up to 10 athletes, JV is unlimited
Course: Entire grass course, with asphalt cart path and a couple of wood bridge crossings; the course will be entirelyoffof the cart path. Running on the path except where designated for crossing will be a violation of the course and will cause the runner to be disqualified.
Awards: Top 2 teams
Top 20 in varsity
Top 10 in JV
Meet Schedule: Course walk: 11:30 am
Coaches Meeting: 12:00 pm
Girls JV: 1:00 pm
Boys JV: 1:40 pm
Girls Varsity: 2:20 pm
Boys Varsity: 3:00 pm
Awards: 4:00 pm
Notes: Entries will be done on athletic.net. Race designation is not important, just enter everyone you will have run that day.
We will have limited concessions, and we will have t-shirts for sale.
Cost: $175 per school, $100 for one gender only
Individual athletes (up to 4): $10/athlete
Payment preferred by 9/30 but accepted on meet day
