ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entries will be at: Directathletics
ENTRY DUE DATE: Tuesday, March 26, 2019
ENTRY FEE: $200.00 per Gender per school. $200 for Men's Team, $200 for Women's Team
9 or less athletes per school pay $20.00 per athlete

Entry Fee due on day of meet at Packet Pickup (located @ Grandstand)
BUS/VAN PARKING:
Drop off below track on upper level of Hyland Arena. Park vans and buses at Hyland Arena parking lot or
Harmon Hall parking lot.
FACILITY: spikes or less only on track and runways.
IMPLEMENT 1 hour 30 minutes before start of Throwing Events. Weigh-In Station located WEIGH-IN: underneath Grandstand.
WARM-UP AREA: The infield may be used for warmup and the backstretch of the track. Hurdles will be available on infield for warmup purposes. Please stay away from Finish Line area.
Please stay out of Throws sectors and Jumps runway areas.
Coaches allowed on infield and at Field Event sites. No coaches allowed on track.
TEAM CAMPS:
Teams may set up camps on the hillside to the west of the track. No camps in Grandstand or Grandstand area. No camps, chairs, blankets, tarps, etc. on infield.
EVENT CHECK-IN:
Field Events: Check in at event no later than 30 minutes prior to event start
Track Events:Check in at Clerk Tent no later than 15 minutes prior to event start
Report to Start Line of event no later than 5 minutes prior to start
Relay Events: Turn in Relay Card at Timing Table 15 minutes before event
RESULTS: Results will be posted on bulletin board (back of Grandstand)
ATHLETIC TRAINERS: Lindenwood Athletic Trainers will be available before, during and after
the meet.
