Meet Information



      

All entries due to milesplit by 3 PM,

Tuesday, April 23.



       

3:00 PM Coaching SCRATCH ONLY Meeting, STARTS at

3:45 PM for field events, 4 PM for Track



       

$85.00 per team, or both boys and girls for $150.

Awards given for places 1-8, Champions and

Runner-Up Trophies for boys and girls teams.



       

All Schools get two (2) entries per event, except

relays.   Coaches will need to go to milesplit to enter their

athletes.



       

A top performer award will be picked on the track

and in the field events for both boys and girls. 



       

No finals in throwing events, all throwers will

get four (4) throws.



       

Open pit for long and triple jump.  All

jumpers get four (4) jumps.



       

Boys' shot put, girls' discus, girls' pole vault,

and girls' high jump will start first.



       

Checks should be made out to: Hancock High School



       

We will be asking each school for a person

(ADULT) to help at an event.



       

T-Shirts will be available for purchase.



       

There will be a concession stand available at the

track.



       

No tents on the infield area (football field).



       

All buses will park at the school in the gymnasium

parking lot.  No parking at the track.



       

An admission fee of $5 for adults and $2 for

students not on a team.  Must be in uniform to gain admittance.
