Ran for Dulaney High School '72 to '74 and Towson University '74 to '78.
Moved to Sterling, VA in April '90. Picked a neighborhood for the same reasons I've picked every other neighborhood in my life -- because it's a good place to run. Saw plans for a high school to be built across the street and declared school would have a great cross country team. School (Potomac Falls) opened in '96 and has fulfilled the prophecy.
Knees went a few years ago. Now I bicycle and am self appointed head cheerleader for Potomac Falls cross country. Began coaching youth track group through Our Lady of Hope Parish in 2006 and have sent some good runners to Potomac Falls and Dominion.
