Clarksburg junior Alexus Pyles is one of Maryland's most versatile athletes. Pyles was an All-American outdoors in the heptathlon at New Balance Nationals after finishing runner-up indoors in the pentathlon at New Balance Nationals. Pyles also took home gold from Greensboro, North Carolina winning the emerging elite division of the 100 meter hurdles, which she was the state leader this spring in 14.07.
