Entry #1: July 24-30


Sunday, July 24:

Nine miles, 70 minutes. Just an easy long run with a friend that I met at Shippensburg XC Camp.

Monday, July 25:

Ten miles, 65 minutes. Split up into two runs: five miles in the morning and five miles in the evening. I was trying to be cautious of the summer heat.

Tuesday, July 26:

Eight miles, 53 minutes. Easy cruise run at Little Bennett Regional Park.

Wednesday, July 27:

Seven miles, 44 minutes. Two mile warmup, three mile tempo run and a two mile cooldown.

Thursday, July 28:

7.6 miles, 49 minutes and 40 seconds. Easy run along back roads.

Friday, July 29:

Ten miles, 62 minutes. Ten miles along the C&O Canal Tow Path.

Weekly total: 51 miles
