My coach goes by the Spanish week of Monday-Sunday, so it makes it easier for me to start entering my runs here the same. 55 miles

Monday, August 1:

After taking Saturday and Sunday off for a wedding, I just ran five miles to get my legs back into it.

Tuesday, August 2:

Fartlek on the back roads by my house, two miles warm up one mile hard one easy one hard, one mile easy, 8 striders and a two mile jog home.

Thursday, August 4:

My legs were killing me and I stopped two or three times to stretch

Friday, August 5:

Letting my legs recover and lots of core

Saturday, August 6:
