After another finish behind Maria Coffin at the cross country state championships, Green decided that she had enough. She went undefeated in the 3200 this season, including two wins over Coffin at the Virginia Tech Invitational and the 4A State Championships. Green also clocked a 9:46 3000 in North Carolina and then a personal best two mile of 10:42.71 at New Balance Indoor Nationals.
