2016 Winner: Delia Sipe (Urbana) 39'1 and 131'10
Not counting New Balance nationals/USATF Junior Olympics, Sipe has not lost a throwing competition in almost a calendar year. Frederick's Paige Tolbard has emerged in the shot put as a sophomore but until Sipe loses, she will be the heavy favorite in both events at the state meet in May.
