Week Three: June 26 - July 2

Monday, June 26: Easy four miles.

Tuesday, June 27: Gym workout (arms) and an easy four miles.

Wednesday, June 28: Gym workout (legs) and an easy three miles.

Thursday, June 29: Six miles of hills, 6:45 pace.

Friday, June 30: Leg workout at the gym.

Saturday, July 1: Three miles easy.

Sunday, July 2: Four miles easy.

Total mileage: 24 miles
