Boys' Team Preview & Prediction
Team wise right now it looks like it is going to be all Lake Braddock Secondary this year after their defeat last year. The team that defeated them though, James Madison, can't be completely counted out though.
This year both teams have raced very little and trained a lot meaning they know it is going to be close and want to get in as much work as possible.
Our current predictions are that Lake Braddock will win it this year but the young James Madison team will push them thru the first half of the race and finish second way ahead of J.E.B. Stuart who we believe will finish third ahead of Ocean Lakes and Western Branch at the state meet.
The most important places and individuals to watch will be the 1-2-3 runners for James Madison and Lake Braddock. If they have a good day then it is over for the rest of the teams.
