Freddie Hendricks Relay Championships
**This meet is open to only MPSSAA schools**
When: December 20, 2017 @4pm (teams may enter facility at 3pm)
Entries due on MileSplit by December 17, 2017 at midnight
Scratch sheets will be sent out to coaches on Monday December 18 and will be due back on Tuesday December 19 so that coaches may scratch any athletes/relayswho are not participating and the meet can be re-seeded if necessary

Checks can be made payable to "District IX" and can be brought to the meet, along with cash or money order. Athletes/teams will not be permitted to compete without prior payment.

Entry Limits:
DMR, 4x800, 4x400, Mixed 4x400 - 1 relay
Shuttle hurdles, 4x200, SMR - 2 relays
Shot Put, High Jump - MUST have 3 athletes
Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 8 relays in eachevent
Trophies will be given to the top 3 teams ineach gender
Scoring:
Top 8 "A" teams will score in each relay
"B" teams will not score
Mixed 4x400 teams will not score
Combined totals of 3 shot putters and 3 high jumpers will score points for team

DMR (1200-400-800-1600) (Girls then Boys)
4x200 (Girls then Boys)
Shuttle Hurdles (4x55HH) (Girls then Boys)
4x800 (Girls then Boys)
SMR (200-200-300-500) (Girls then Boys)
Mixed 4x400 (2 male and 2 female athletes from the same school)
4x400 (Girls then Boys)
Field Event Information:
Shot Put (Girls then Boys) - Must have three athletes complete legal throws. No partial teams will be allowed to compete--all three athletes must check in.
Each athlete will be allowed one legal throw and then minimum's will be implemented. Any throw under the minimum will be recorded as a foul.
Boys minimum: 32'0"
Girls minimum: 20'0"
High Jump (Boys then Girls)
Opening height boys: 5'2"
Opening height girls: 4'2"
