Just a sophomore, Johnson may be the premier girls' runner in the state. She won the 800 and 1,600 titles at the 4A state meet. Johnson ran the state's fastest times this season in 800 (2:14.90), 1,000 (2:52.70) and 1,600 (5:06.42) and should continue that pace through the outdoor campaign.
