MileSplit will be on-site with coverage (photos/videos/interviews) for Tuesday's Crossfire Invitational at Liberty High School in Sykesville, Maryland. A total of 18 teams will be competing in this fairly large size weekday invitational.

Top individuals in the meet include Brit Lang of Oakland Mills and Nick Tilson of Liberty. Lang is looking to bounce back from a rare in-state competition loss at Bull Run when she finished two seconds behind 1A state title favorite Haley Wright of Boonsboro. Meanwhile, Tilson is coming off a victory at Bull Run in taking first in the small schools race and would like nothing better than another win, but this time more sentimental on his home course at Liberty High.
